Satisfied With Public Response
The final draft
of the "Ethiopic Character Set" National Standard which
was out for public comment has gathered a lot of comments and suggestions.
The deadline for submission of comments was March 6 2002. Due to
request coming from the public the deadline has been extended to
March 18, 2002. According to the information disclosed by Dr. Dawit
Bekele, Public Relations officer of EcoSA, the opinions and comments
submitted to the committee have been overwhelming to the satisfaction
of the organizers.
