an exemplary site reflecting the highest standards of website excellence.
To win the Gold Award - a site needs to obtain
5 stars (a score between 91-100%)
on the judging criteria.
Best Website Silver Award
Winning a silver award is recognition of a strong commitment to
the pursuit of website excellence.
It
represents an outstanding website with a very high standard of design,
accessibility, content, originality, professionalism & effectiveness.
To win the Silver Award - a site needs to obtain
4 stars (a score between 80-90%)
on the judging criteria.
Best Website Bronze Award
Winning the Bronze Award is recognition of a commitment to the pursuit
of website excellence.
It takes talent & lots of hard work to win a Bronze Award. They
are only granted to sites that obtain at least 3 stars
(a score between 60-79% on the
criteria). The scoring system is rigorous & a score of 60%
represents a pretty good site indeed. However, it also reflects
that there is some room for evolution, improvement & further
development of the site.
Best
Website Merit Award
Sites reflecting much effort & skill may be granted a Best Merit
Award.
Winning a merit award is recognition of a commitment to the pursuit
of website excellence.
It takes talent & lots of hard work to win a Merit Award. Merits
are only granted to sites that obtain at least two stars
(60% or less on the scoring system).
The scoring system is so rigorous that a score of 60% represents
a pretty good site indeed. However, it also reflects that there
is some room for evolution, improvement & further development
of the site.
