Many organizations
are undergoing computerization projects to automate various functions.
Some business companies and government agencies are also becoming
online requiring the delivery of high-end services. To be competitive
in today's business environment, companies need to achieve a state
of business continuity, where critical business processes, work
centers, systems and networks are always available to support their
